By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, partnership, trust, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.
AccoLend makes loans for business and investment purposes only. Our loans are intended for the acquisition, renovation, construction, refinancing, or holding of non-owner-occupied real estate held for business or investment purposes. Our loans are not offered for personal, family, or household use, and are not consumer mortgage loans.
By applying with AccoLend, you represent that any loan you request is for a business purpose and that the subject property is not and will not be your primary residence.
The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a commitment, or a guarantee to lend, to extend credit, or to enter into any transaction on any particular terms.
Loan programs, interest rates, points, fees, loan-to-value ratios, credit and property criteria, closing timelines, and availability are illustrative, may change at any time without notice, and vary by borrower, property, program, market conditions, and location. Any figures shown on the Site, including examples of previously funded loans, describe past transactions and do not represent terms available to you.
All loans are subject to application, underwriting, appraisal, title review, and full credit and property approval. Loan terms are binding only when set out in a signed term sheet and executed loan documents. In the event of any conflict between the Site and your loan documents, the loan documents control.
Content on the Site, including articles, guides, blogs, calculators, and educational materials, is general information and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any financial or real estate decision. Your use of the Site does not create a lender-borrower, fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and AccoLend.
AccoLend offers loans only in states and jurisdictions where it is authorized to do business. Products and terms are not available in every state and may differ from one location to another. The presence of information on the Site is not an offer to lend in any jurisdiction where AccoLend is not authorized to operate.
Parts of the Site let you submit a loan application, request a pre-approval, or access a borrower or broker portal. When you use these features, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
If you create login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at sales@accolend.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or violation of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, AccoLend and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, layouts, and software. All rights are reserved.
You may view and use the Site for your own lawful, personal, or internal business use. You may not, without our prior written permission:
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
If you send us information through a contact form, application, review, or other channel, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful content. You grant AccoLend a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of responding to you, evaluating and servicing your request, and operating the Site, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Do not send us sensitive personal information through unsecured channels. Information you submit is also handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control, including mapping, analytics, and security tools. For example, the Site uses Google reCAPTCHA, and your use of it is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may provide third-party links and tools for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and that third party.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccoLend disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccoLend and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccoLend and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 17, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at sales@accolend.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
This section governs disputes about your use of the Site. It does not change the dispute-resolution, arbitration, or jury-waiver provisions in any signed loan document, which control for matters relating to your loan.
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at sales@accolend.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Site, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized. We will review and respond to valid notices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes are effective when posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
